프로젝트 개요 및 비전
본 프로젝트는 경주(신라) 문화유산을 현대적으로 재해석하여, 글로벌 K-컬처 시대에 적합한 확장형 캐릭터 IP를 구축하는 것을 목표로 합니다. 전시 중심의 기존 홍보 방식으로는 MZ세대 및 관광객의 관심을 끌기 어려워 , 신라 토우를 기반으로 세계관을 갖춘 캐릭터 IP '토우즈'를 개발했습니다.
관광 경쟁력 강화: 한국 문화유산을 현대적인 IP로 재해석하여 이모티콘, 굿즈, 교육 콘텐츠 등으로 확장함으로써 관광 경쟁력과 브랜드 가치를 높이는 지속 가능한 전략을 마련합니다
K-뮤지엄으로의 진화: 단순한 마스코트 제작을 넘어, 경주박물관을 문화 소비자 중심의 참여형·체험형 K-뮤지엄 브랜드로 진화시키는 것이 핵심입니다.
글로벌 팬덤 확보: K-문화에 대한 관심이 높아지는 현 상황을 이용하여, 해외 팬덤을 형성하고 비즈니스 사업을 창출해 수익 증대와 홍보 효과를 함께 달성할 필요성이 있습니다.
